Our gluten-free friendly rugelach (roo-guh-luh) are made with Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free 1-to-1 Baking Flour. If you have a preference for baked goods without traditional flour, you have the opportunity to enjoy these jammy, nutty, sweet bites! While they don’t tote the traditional rolled rugelach shape, they still have the same delicious flavor encased in a delicate flaky pastry.
